TransColorado Gas Transmission Company; Notice of Tariff Filing

Take notice that on August 29, 2002, TransColorado Gas Transmission Company (TransColorado), tendered for filing as part of its FERC Gas Tariff, Original Volume No. 1, Seventh Revised Sheet No. 20 to be effective October 1, 2002.

TransColorado states that this filing incorporates into its transportation rates the revised annual charge adjustment unit rate of $0.0021 per Dth.

TransColorado states that copies of this filing were served upon TransColorado's customers, the Colorado Public Utilities Commission and the New Mexico Public Utilities Commission.
