Needs and Uses:This collection involves information regarding the location of demarcation points, antennas placed on subscriber premises, and the state of the market. This information will be used to foster competition in local telecommunications markets by ensuring that competing telecommunications providers are able to provide services to customers in multiple tenant environments. With this submission to OMB, the Commission is seeking revision due to elimination of the NPRM requirement, which is no longer in effect. The NPRM measured data that was used to guide the Commission as it continues to evaluate and monitor the need for non-discriminatory access requirements for Multiple Tenant Environments (MTEs). This data informed us of the state of the market for the provision of telecommunications services to MTEs, was measured mid-year 2001. This requirement has been eliminated.
