As announced in an order issued on June 2, 2006, the Commission staff will hold a technical conference to address mitigation issues in these proceedings.1 This technical conference will be held on July 10, 2006, in the Commission Meeting room at the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission, 888 First Street, NE., Washington, DC, from approximately 8:30 a.m. until approximately 5 p.m. (e.s.t.).
