AGENCY: Farm Credit Administration.
ACTION: Announcement of effective date.
SUMMARY: The Farm Credit Administration (FCA) published a final rule under parts 611, 612, 614, 615, 618, 619, 620, and 630 on February 2, 2006. This final rule amended our regulations affecting the governance of the Farm Credit System and became effective on April 5, 2006 (71 FR 18168, April 11, 2006), except for the amendments to SSSS 611.210(a)(2), 611.220(a)(2)(i) and (ii), 611.325, and 620.21(d)(2). This document announces the effective date of those delayed portions of the rule.
DATES: The effective date for the amendments to SSSS 611.210(a)(2), 611.220(a)(2)(i) and (ii), 611.325, and 620.21(d)(2), published February 2, 2006, at 71 FR 5740, is April 5, 2007.
