Description of Relief Sought: Everts Air Alaska seeks exemption to certificate and operate Air Tractor, AT-802 and AT-802A airplanes as "special purpose" restricted category with a stall speed (VSO) in excess of 61 knots. These airplanes would be modified to haul fuel to remote Alaskan populations with an FAA-approved tank system.
