Notice is hereby given that the U.S. Department of
Agriculture, Agricultural Research Service, intends to grant to Oser
Technologies LLC of Fairfield, New Jersey, an exclusive license to U.S.
Patent Application Serial No. 11/471,327, ``Method and Apparatus for
Treatment of Food Products'', filed on June 20, 2006.
