RULES: Performance and Handling Qualities Requirements for Rotorcraft; Correcting Amendment,

The FAA is correcting a previously published final rule
entitled Performance and Handling Qualities Requirements for
Rotorcraft. In that final rule, we inadvertently left two cited
references unchanged. The intent of this action is to correct the error
in the regulation to ensure the requirement is clear and accurate.
