NMFS apportions amounts of the non-specified reserve of
groundfish to the Greenland turbot initial total allowable catch (ITAC)
in the Bering Sea subarea of the Bering Sea and Aleutian Islands
management area (BSAI). This action is necessary to allow the fishery
