In this document, the Commission adopts a system for assigning
users of Internetbased Telecommunications Relay Services (TRS),
specifically Video Relay Service (VRS) and Internet Protocol (IP)
Relay, tendigit telephone numbers linked to the North American
Numbering Plan (NANP). This numbering system will further the TRS
functional equivalency
