ACTION Notice.
SUMMARY In the Reregistration Eligibility Decision (RED) document
issued for Aluminum Phosphide and Magnesium Phosphide in December 1998,
several risks of concern were identified and mitigation measures
proposed to address those risks. The RED also set forth a stakeholder
process for
