DOCUMENT SUMMARY:
The U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (the Commission) has granted the request of Entergy Nuclear Operations, Inc. For further details with respect to this action, see the application for amendment dated March 13, 2007, and the licensee's letter dated May 6, 2008, which withdrew the application for a license amendment.
