Contiguous Counties: (Economic Injury Loans Only):

Illinois: Hancock.

Iowa: Appanoose, Audubon, Carroll, Davis, Emmet, Guthrie, Humboldt, Ida, Jefferson, Keokuk, Palo Alto, Pocahontas Sac, Van Buren, Woodbury.

Minnesota: Faribault, Martin.

Missouri: Clark.

Nebraska: Sarpy, Thurston.

All other information in the original declaration remains unchanged.
