</p><p>    In accordance with Section 223 of the Trade Act of 1974 (19 U.S.C. 
2273), and Section 246 of the Trade Act of 1974 (26 U.S.C. 2813), as 
amended, the Department of Labor issued a Certification Regarding 
Eligibility to Apply for Worker Adjustment Assistance and Alternative 
Trade Adjustment Assistance on May 24, 2007, applicable to workers of 
Best: Artex LLC, Highland, Illinois. The notice was published in the  Federal Register on June 7, 2007 (72 FR 31616).</p><p>    At the request of the State agency, the Department reviewed the 
certification for workers of the subject firm. The workers are engaged 
in the support activities of accounting and technical services to an 
affiliate in West Point, Mississippi, producing dyed and bleached  fabric.</p><p>    New information shows that following a change in ownership in 
February 2007, Best: Artex LLC is currently known as Best Textiles 
International Ltd. Workers separated from employment at the subject 
firm had their wages reported under a separate unemployment insu<script type="text/javascript">

</p><p>    In accordance with Section 223 of the Trade Act of 1974 (19 U.S.C.

amended, the Department of Labor issued a Certification Regarding 
Eligibility to Apply for Worker Adjustment Assistance and Alternative 
Trade Adjustment Assistance on January 29, 2008, applicable to workers 
of Carrier Access Corporation, Boulder, Colorado. The notice was 
published in the Federal Register on January 25, 2008 (73 FR 4634).
</p><p>    At the request of a company official, the Department reviewed the 
certification for workers of the subject firm. The workers are engaged  in the production of telecommunication equipment.</p><p>    New information shows that on February 8, 2008, Turin Networks 
purchased Carrier Access and is currently known as Turin Networks.
</p><p>    Accordingly, the Department is amending this certification to show 
that Carrier Access Corporation is currently known as Turin Networks.

was published in the Federal Register on November 6, 2007 (72 FR  62681).</p><p>    At the request of the State agency, the Department reviewed the 
certification for workers of the subject firm. The workers are engaged 
in the production of door modules, instrument panels, airbags, steering  wheels, and power products for the auto industry.</p><p>    New information shows that leased workers from Bartech were 
employed onsite at the Vandalia, Ohio location of Delphi Corporation, 
ThermalVandalia Plant. The Department has determined that these

  <title><![CDATA[  Notice of Determinations Regarding Eligibility To Apply for  Worker Adjustment Assistance and Alternative Trade]]></title>

</p><p>    In accordance with Section 223 of the Trade Act of 1974, as amended 
(19 U.S.C. 2273) the Department of Labor herein presents summaries of 
determinations regarding eligibility to apply for trade adjustment 
assistance for workers (TAW) number and alternative trade adjustment 
assistance (ATAA) by (TAW) number issued during the period of June 23  through June 27, 2008.</p><p>    In order for an affirmative determination to be made for workers of 
a primary firm and a certification issued regarding eligibility to 
apply for worker adjustment assistance, each of the group eligibility  requirements of Section 222(a) of the Act must be met.</p><p>    I. Section (a)(2)(A) all of the following must be satisfied:
</p><p>    A. A significant number or proportion of the workers in such

  <title><![CDATA[  Norcal Pottery Products, Macram[eacute] Department, Richmond  Distribution Center, Richmond, CA; Notice of Negative]]></title>

</p><p>    On April 30, 2008, the Department issued an Affirmative 
Determination Regarding Application for Reconsideration for the workers 
and former workers of the subject firm. The notice was published in the  Federal Register on May 7, 2008 (73 FR 25772).</p><p>    The TAA petition, which was filed on behalf of workers at Norcal 
Pottery Products, Macram[eacute] Department, Richmond Distribution  Center, Richmond, California engaged in the production of <br/>
macram[eacute] plant hangers was denied based on the findings that 
during the relevant time period, the subject company did not separate 
or threaten to separate a significant number or proportion of workers,  as required by Section 222 of the Trade Act of 1974.</p><p>    In the request for reconsideration, the petitioner stated that the 
subject firm contracted five independent contractors to produce 
macram[eacute] plant hangers. The petitioner also stated that the 
contracts between the subject firm and the contractors were terminated

</p><p>    At the request of the petitioners, the Department reviewed the 
Notice of Revised Determination on Reconsideration for workers of the 
subject firm. The workers are engaged in the production of brass rod, 
wire and low melt alloys. The workers are separately identifiable by  product line.</p><p>    New information shows that leased workers of Adecco Staffing were 
employed onsite at the Bellefonte, Pennsylvania location of Bolton 
Metal Products, Co. The Department has determined that these workers

an ongoing investigation for which a determination has not yet been 
issued. Further investigation in this case would duplicate efforts and
