  <description><![CDATA[ EPA is announcing a 45-day public comment period for the draft 
document titled, ``2007 Interim Report of the U.S. EPA Global Change 
Research Program Assessment of the Impacts of Global Change on Regional 
U.S. Air Quality: A Preliminary Synthesis of Climate Change Impacts on 
O<INF>3</INF>'' (EPA/600/R07/094). The document was prepared by the 
National Center for Environmental Assessment within EPA's Office of  Research and Development.</p><p>    EPA is releasing this draft document solely for the purpose of pre
dissemination peer review under applicable information quality 
guidelines. This document has not been formally disseminated by EPA. It 
does not represent and should not be construed to represent any Agency 
policy or determination. EPA will consider any public comments 
submitted in accordance with this notice when revising the document.

Agency Information Collection Activities OMB Responses ]]></title>

  <description><![CDATA[ This document announces the Office of Management and Budget's 
(OMB) responses to Agency Clearance requests, in compliance with the 
Paperwork Reduction Act (44 U.S.C. 3501 et seq.). An agency may not 
conduct or sponsor, and a person is not required to respond to, a 
collection of information unless it displays a currently valid OMB 
control number. The OMB control numbers for EPA's regulations are 
listed in 40 CFR part 9 and 48 CFR chapter 15.

  <title><![CDATA[
Proposed Past Cost Administrative Settlement Under Section  122(h)(1) of the Comprehensive Environmental Response]]></title>

  <description><![CDATA[ In accordance with Section 122(i) of the Comprehensive 
Environmental Response, Compensation, and Liability Act, as amended 
(``CERCLA''), 42 U.S.C. 9622(i), notice is hereby given of a proposed 
administrative settlement for recovery of past response costs 
concerning the New Carlisle Well Contamination (``NCWC'') Site, New 
Carlisle, Clark County, Ohio, Waste Management of Ohio, Inc., 
(``WMOI''). The settlement requires WMOI to pay $335,000.00 to the 
Hazardous Substance Superfund, which represents approximately 90% of  U.S. EPA's documented past costs.</p><p>    Under the terms of the settlement, WMOI agrees to pay the 
settlement amount. In exchange for its payment, the United States 
covenants not to sue or take administrative action pursuant to Section 
107(a) of CERCLA, 42 U.S.C. 9607(a), relating to the NCWC Site. In 
addition, WMOI is entitled to protection from contribution actions or 
claims as provided by Sections 113(f) and 122(h)(4) of CERCLA, 42 
U.S.C. 9613(f) and 9622(h)(4), for all response cost<script type="text/javascript">
