In this document, the Commission announces that the Office of
Management and Budget (OMB) has approved, for a period of three years,
the revised information collections associated with the Creation of a
Low Power Radio Service. This notice is consistent and satisfies the
Ordering Clause of the Report and Order published at 73 FR 320202, on
January 17, 2008, which stated that changes to FCC Form 314,
Application for Consent to Assignment of Broadcast Station Construction
Permit or License and FCC Form 315, Application for Consent to Transfer
Control of Entity Holding Broadcast Station Construction Permit or
License, OMB Control Number 30600031, will become effective 60 days
after a notice is published in the Federal Register announcing OMB

Rules and Regulations Implementing the Telephone Consumer Protection Act of 1991

In this document, the Commission amends its rules under the
Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) to require telemarketers to honor registrations with the National DoNotCall Registry
indefinitely. This action is consistent with Congress's mandate in the
DoNotCall Improvement Act of 2007, which prohibits the removal of
numbers from the Registry unless the consumer cancels the registration
or the number has been disconnected and reassigned or is otherwise
invalid. The Commission also will continue to coordinate with the FTC
on additional ways to improve the Registry's accuracy.
