Chevron Environmental Management Company (CEMC or Licensee) is the holder of License No. SMB1393 issued by the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC or Commission) pursuant to 10 CFR Part 40. The license authorizes the decommissioning of the Washington, PA, Decommissioning Project in accordance with conditions specified therein. The facility is located in Washington, Pennsylvania.

This confirmatory order is the result of an agreement reached during an alternative dispute resolution (ADR) mediation session conducted on June 5, 2008.
