Summary of Application:  Applicants request an order to permit certain 
closedend investment companies to make periodic distributions of long
term capital gains with respect to their outstanding common stock as 
frequently as twelve times each year, and as frequently as 
distributions are specified by or in accordance with the terms of any 
outstanding preferred stock that such investment companies may issue.
Applicants: ING Clarion Real Estate Income Fund (``IIA''), ING Clarion 
Global Real Estate Income Fund (``IGR''), and ING Clarion Real Estate  Securities, L.P. (the ``Adviser'').<br/>
Filing Dates: March 26, 2004, February 1, 2007, June 12, 2008, and July  8, 2008.<br/>
Hearing or Notification of Hearing:  An order granting the application 
will be issued unless the Commission orders a hearing. Interested 
persons may request a hearing by writing to the Commission's Secretary 
and serving applicants with a copy of the request, personally or by

Sunshine Act Meeting ]]></title>

</p><p>    Notice is hereby given, pursuant to the provisions of the 
Government in the Sunshine Act, Public Law 94409, that the Securities 
and Exchange Commission will hold a Closed Meeting on July 17, 2008 at  10 a.m.</p><p>    Commissioners, Counsel to the Commissioners, the Secretary to the 
Commission, and recording secretaries will attend the Closed Meeting. 
Certain staff members who have an interest in the matters also may be  present.</p><p>    The General Counsel of the Commission, or his designee, has 
certified that, in his opinion, one or more of the exemptions set forth 
in 5 U.S.C. 552b(c)(5), (7), (9)(B), and (10) and 17 CFR 200.402(a)(5),

  <description><![CDATA[ July 8, 2008.</p><p>    On May 19, 2008, the Chicago Board Options Exchange, Incorporated 
(``CBOE'' or ``Exchange'') filed with the Securities and Exchange 
Commission (``Commission''), pursuant to Section 19(b)(1) of the 
Securities Exchange Act of 1934 (``Act'') \1\ and Rule 19b4 
thereunder,\2\ a proposed rule change to amend CBOE Rule 17.50 
(Imposition of Fines for Minor Rule Violations) and to revise the 
provisions of CBOE 17.50(g)(1) (Violations of Position Limits Rules). 
The proposed rule change was published for comment in the Federal 
Register on June 5, 2008.\3\ The Commission received no comments
